Short-term parking is possible in blue zones with a parking disc. A maximum parking time of three hours applies to all blue zones. A parking disc is required from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
At the railway station, Enkhuizerzand and Dirck Chinaplein you can park indefinitely without a parking disc or permit.
Owners of a disabled parking card are allowed to park in the entire city center of Enkhuizen. You do not need an additional permit for this and you do not need to use a parking disc in the blue zone. There is also no maximum parking time.
Only holders of a parking permit are allowed to park in the permit area from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. The municipality has special permits for inner-city residents, for companies (also from outside the inner city of Enkhuizen) and for care providers / informal carers (also from outside the inner city of Enkhuizen). Residents of the city center can apply for visitor parking permits before their visit. These so-called scratch cards are valid for five hours.
After 8 p.m. and on Sundays (with the exception of Sunday shopping), you can park anywhere in the city center without needing a parking disc or permit.
