Sniffing morning sparrow
We are introduced to Mus, the protagonist of an interactive reading story. You see how she is born and you watch how she grows up. Together with her brothers and sisters, she learns all the real musing stuff. Playfully Sparrow gets bigger and then the time has come for her to make her own nest. Many other birds are also making a nest at the moment. We look at a number of different nests together. The children themselves also set to work to help Mus. They build a sturdy and warm nest. Of course the homemade nest (with an egg!) Can be taken home afterwards. Can you already discover nests in the botanical garden?
The Snuffeloochtden are small-scale storytelling performances, followed by a craft or outdoor activity, especially for the very youngest. These mornings are organized in collaboration with Rita Hooijmans from LEV! Education. Toddlers and pre-schoolers come together with their parents / supervisor (s) and afterwards can have a look around and play in the petting zoo and nature garden.
It starts at 11:00 am, walk-in quarter at 10:45 am. Participation € 4, - p.p. Please note: also for (grand) parents / supervisors. Register and state the number and age of the children.
