You don’t need any sailing experience to sail a day with Party Ship Abel Tasman. Our crew will be happy to teach you how to steer, hoist the sails and bray. The high, closed bulwarks make the ship safe for small children and the wide gangways also make the ship accessible for guests with walking difficulties. Don’t want to sail? Then enjoy the view over the water or have a drink in the cozy lounge or ship’s bar.

Come aboard the sailing ship Abel Tasman for a day and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and facilities while sailing on the IJsselmeer or the Wadden Sea. With a maximum of 120 guests, you can enjoy well-prepared catering on the party ship, prepared in our professional kitchen.

On the ship’s deck you can help sail on the IJsselmeer or the Wadden Sea. Enjoy a performance by an acoustic duo in the ship’s bar, while dance music fills the lounge.

The party ship is stylishly decorated with chic dark wood panelling, lots of copper and a sturdy wooden floor: a nod to the atmosphere of a grand café.
