Snouck van Loosenpark
The Snouck van Loosenpark is one of the most beautiful spots in Enkhuizen, full of peace and greenery. It is located next to the station and the harbor. In the summer, a cozy flea market is held here. The historical park is one of the first social housing projects in the Netherlands.
Margaretha Snouck van Loosen died in 1885 and, thanks to provisions in her will, one of the first social housing projects in the Netherlands was realised with her legacy in 1887.
