Restaurant van Loosen takes you on a journey to new flavours through a renewed cooking vision with seasonal products and fresh ingredients from land and sea. Through Chef Iwan’s unique view on Enkhuizer’s daily supply of fresh products, you will enjoy special flavours and combinations. Together with Lajos van Wely, the flavours fly through the kitchen.

The pleasure of the gentlemen can be tasted in the dishes. With restaurant van Loosen we want to bring a new taste to Enkhuizen that we think was still missing from the beautiful tastes of the restaurants that Enkhuizen already has. For example, you can enjoy delicious oysters and escargots that will make your mouth water. You can also enjoy delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes in our diverse kitchen. These are all served with a delicious matching wine selected by daughter Sam who has been specially trained for this.
