De Garden is the garden for flowers, vegetables and herbs in the beautiful nature of Enkhuizen.

Are you a gardening enthusiast and do you enjoy working in the garden? Interested in the growth and bloom of nature? Working in the world of seeds and plants? Busy with school gardens or projects around vegetables and herbs in our food?

Join us on a discovery of everything that grows and blooms on our fertile soil. Walk past red cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, past “forgotten vegetables” such as parsnips and past the herb garden, surrounded by a colourful floral splendour. Our volunteers, experienced experts from the sector, will be happy to welcome you to the Garden. On one of the most beautiful plots of Enkhuizen, just before the historic Koepoort.

The garden can be visited on Saturdays and Sundays, from July to September.
