LEER BAKKEN MET ZUURDESEM – workshop

During our fun and educational workshop, you’ll learn step by step how to care for a starter, build and fold dough, and ultimately bake delicious bread. You’ll go home with your own dough and a working starter to continue baking at home. Includes ready-to-bake dough, instructions, and a handout with all the tips and tricks, starter Gerda and recipe to take home, coffee and tea, bread tasting, and dough kneading.
