Exhibition of the Enkhuizen-de Streek Photo Club in the Westerkerk

From 2 to 22 June, there will be an exhibition of Fotoclub Enkhuizen-de Streek in the Westerkerk. This year, they are celebrating their 50th anniversary.

The photo club was founded on 12 February 1975 by four enthusiastic amateur photographers. Since 1979, the club has been located in the Bessie cultural centre. The current exhibition features a lot of nature, such as photos of trees, plants and animals, but also photos of buildings and people. One of the members is Gerard Eilander. He received a Royal distinction from Idso Brouwer, deputy mayor of Drechterland.
