Historic meeting venues
Enkhuizen is a historic town with many monuments and special buildings. If you are looking for an unusual meeting location, there are many places to go in Enkhuizen. Stylish regent's room
The beautiful period room in the Orphanage with 18th century fireplace is available for an intimate dinner, family gathering or special meeting. This space is rented through the museum Sow to Grow, which is located in the building.

The Zuiderzee Museum offers several, surprising meeting venues. Besides beautiful, historic meeting rooms, it is also a very inspiring museum environment with culture, history and design.
Surgeon's Room
A special option is the surgeon's room in the Weigh House. The upper floor was made available to the surgeons' guild as a meeting and lecture hall by the city council in 1636 and was then named the surgeon's room.
Defense Tower
Built in 1540, the Drommedaris is great for meetings and other business events. Century-old details blend perfectly with sleek design and contemporary comfort.
Church Council Chamber
The Church Council Room in the Western Church is an atmospheric period room with gold-leather wallpaper on the walls. Light pours in through stained-glass windows and you meet at a long, 17th-century wooden table.
Atmospheric ambience
The Zuiderkerk is a beautiful setting and has an atmospheric ambiance for holding various meetings. A place with character, atmosphere and equipped with all modern tools in the middle of the historic center of Enkhuizen.

On the IJsselmeer
On sailing ship De Schuttevaer, a beamer, screen and flipchart are standard equipment. But most important is the ship's art-deco atmosphere. The ship leaves the mainland behind and anchors in a quiet spot.
Meetings on board
The great thing about holding meetings on board a ship is that you can get a breath of fresh air in between, and then you can carry on refreshed! Especially meetings where you do not want to be disturbed can be organized well on the Willem Barentsz.

The Snouck van Loosen Park's superintendent's house is currently occupied by Ingrid Mol and her family. Whether they still have the keys to all the homes in the park, you can ask them yourself. In fact, part of the villa is set up as a B&B. How chic is that?
